All sales and service payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. By booking an appointment or purchasing a product/service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Refunds will not be issues for change of mind, dissatisfaction with a service once completed, or failure to disclose relevant information such as allergies or conditions. In rare cases where a refund is considered, it will be granted solely at the discretion of the management.
